2.3 All zoomdeals certificate sales are subject to the respective terms set forth by each individual merchant and zoomdeals as disclosed on the merchant/certificate detail page of zoomdeals.com. By purchasing a zoomdeals gift certificate you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2.4 By purchasing zoomdeals gift certificates, you agree to receive a free zoomdeals account as well as future communication via email from zoomdeals and the respective merchants from which you have purchased the gift certificates. Your information will not be shared with any other parties as outlined in our privacy policy. You may opt-out of future communications by clicking the unsubscribe link on any email you receive from zoomdeals or zoomdeals participating merchants.

2.5 Zoomdeals takes no responsibility, assumes no liability, and makes no warranty for any aspect of the participating merchants or their products and/or services for which the zoomdeals gift certificates are redeemed.

2.6 As a zoomdeals account holder you may receive promotional “z-points” that may be redeemable as a discount toward other zoomdeals products or services. “Z-points” have no real dollar value and there is no guarantee that z-points may be redeemable for any future discount.

2.7 Zoomdeals may delete or suspend any the account or the redemption privileges of anyone in violation of these terms or any other terms set forth by zoomdeals or participating zoomdeals merchants.

2.8 In case of any dispute, zoomdeals may choose to refund the purchase price of any gift certificate. Any and all liabilities to zoomdeals are limited to the original purchase price of the gift certificate.
